Exchange and Refund Policy
At Transformations beauty studio we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. To ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair available we thoroughly inspect the hair before shipping. All custom orders that we offer are made to your preference therefore, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Non Custom orders can be exchanged only, no refunds. For exchanges you must send the product back to us with in 14 Calendar days of receiving your package in order to process the exchange. The items must be in the condition in which it was received, with invoice.
Any item that has been altered chemically or physically no longer qualifies for exchange. This includes perming, beaching, cutting, blow drying,washing,brushing and combing. the items must be unopened, unworn and undamaged.
